Booking Confirmation & Cancellations
Booking Confirmation: Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a detailed email with your booking details, including tour dates, time, and services included.
Cancellation by Customer:

- More than 24 hours in advance: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour without any penalty, and a full refund will be processed.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled tour: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Dream Super Safari KZ:
- If for any reason Dream Super Safari KZ needs to cancel or reschedule the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, vehicle breakdowns, etc.), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Refund Process

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the specified time frames. All refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes to Booking
- If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change the date or service), please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate the change based on availability.
Force Majeure
Dream Super Safari KZ will not be held liable for cancellations or refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will attempt to offer alternative arrangements or reschedule your tour.
